60 days completed - ChaLEAN Extreme / Turbo Fire

Well I'm back again with my latest updates!!! I am now done with day 60, Push Circuit of my ChaLEAN Extreme / Turbo Fire Hybrid. I have got to say, that I absolutely LOVE the Push Phase. I made sure that each week as I finished I had my weights written in my guide book and tried to go heavier the following week. I love PUSHing myself harder each and every week. It took me awhile to fully decide, but Push Circuit 1 is definitely my favorite workout of all of the Push workouts. I love doing biceps and as I said in the previous blog (30 day results) I am still LOVING the pushups. I feel so much stronger after this phase than I did after burn circuit for sure. Okay - so on to the photos and results!!!!

I am totally happy with the results. Totally excited to see even that .25" added to my arms that means I AM getting biceps!!! I am the HAPPIEST to see the body fat % going down consistently each month. At this point - my main goal is 110 lbs and I am now only 1 pound away from that goal and I couldn't be happier. Toning, Lean, and muscle are my priorities!!!

So I cannot explain how excited I am to move on to Lean Phase. Everyone that has done a full round (or more) of ChaLEAN has said that they have seen the best results within this phase. I still cannot believe how quickly the time has gone by over the last 60 days. I am going to make sure that I add a HIIT at least 2 nights a week before my weights (here is the link to my YouTube video on when and how to incorporate HIIT & Strength Training http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uz7LRUJo3xU ). As well as doing a HIIT on Saturday when I do abs. I am going to change from Ab Burner to Extreme Abs and also get Core 20 in. I'm really going to push this Lean Circuit and I want to see the best results of all after this 30 day Circuit! My Team is My Family!

If you have been following my blog, you know that I'm a mom from a super small town. Thankfully for me, I have a ton of friends and family here in my town and this allows my kids to grow up with a ton of family around them. However, I found that as a young mom, I was typically not finding things in common as my friends anymore. Everyone else was finishing school, out enjoying their early 20s, traveling etc. I really needed to find my niche and find my placement with a group and family!

A year ago when I decided to get fit and move forward I realized that I had found my niche. My niche was my fitness. A few months later, when I joined Beachbody as a coach I was opened up to an entire new family! All of a sudden I was chatting with these rockstar coaches and learning so much from them. My entire outlook changed on what I wanted in life and how I was going to get it. I had never sat down and written out goals and really went as far as coming up with ways to meet all of those goals. I can honestly tell you that the reason that I have changed so much is because of my new Beachbody family, rockstars, and mentors.

My niche, my friends, and my rockstar family is my team with Beachbody.

Nike Shox!!!

I LOVE my new shoes - if you have me on Facebook or Twitter.. or obviously read my previous blog - you know that I was going crazy waiting for my Nike Shox to come in! I have had one full Turbo workout with them and I have the following to share with you :)

Now, one key thing that I wish I had been a little prepared for in the beginning is that they WILL be tight when you first put them on. Like, so tight that I honestly thought I was going to have to send them back and then wait again for the return/exchange. BUT, after about 15 minutes into the workout, they loosened up and let me tell you - my feet felt fabulous. Once they get stretched out a bit they are the BEST shoes. Now the last shoes that I had were definitely old. I would get through about 10 minutes of a workout (especially Turbo Fire) and my arches were killing me, ankles so sore, just couldn't handle it. These, I felt like I could keep going forever!

So all in all my review is ***** (that's 5 stars LOL)!!! If you are definitel looking for something that will help your Turbo Fire or Jam workouts, or even just a really great cardio/running shoe - the Nike Shox are the definite way to go!

Need motivation? Buy new!!!

If you’re like me, you know how exciting it is to be waiting for a delivery to arrive. In my case it was usually a new purse or a pair of stiletto heels or boots. Never in a million years would I have thought that I’d be excited waiting for my workout tanks to come in and I’ve NEVER had butterflies over waiting for a pair of workout shoes! But, alas, here I am waiting ever so patiently (only since a late night Friday order – had to go with 2 day shipping) for my pair of Nike Shox.

I have been in desperate need of a new pair of workout shoes. I own one single pair that I swear I have had since I was 16 years old. I never worked out in my life (Unless I was in high school at cheerleading practice and forced to) and never had a reason for them. However, now that fitness & my workouts have become such a huge part of my life, I’m like a kid waiting to go to Disney World. I don’t know how I will be able to wait until 6:00 tonight to get my new shoes on and head to my Turbo Kick class! I wonder if Nike Shox go well with work attire? I also wonder if anyone would think it’s odd that I just bust out a little Turbo Fire action in the middle of my day to begin putting these puppies to use?!

If you ever feel like you are losing a little bit of motivation – buy yourself a new pair of shoes or a new workout outfit! You know the saying – the clothes make the man – it’s the truth about workout attire. When you have something new to work out in it will only boost your motivation and drive that much more to put them to use!!

Burn Circuit Phase down - 30 day results

Well everyone - I am so excited to be done with my first 30 days of my 90 day ChaLEAN Extreme / Turbo Fire Hybrid. I have been following the CLX schedule and trading out burn intervals for Fire cardio & HIIT as well as going to Turbo Kick with Mindy Wender one night a week. I have been utilizing my bodybugg more often and watching my calories while making sure to get a TON of water and eating 5-6 small meals a day (one always being Shakeology!!!). I feel great and can already feel a change in my muscles. My first week of Burn Circuit I was unable to do all 12 pushups on my feet, I began starting out dropping to my knees around 5, then after 2 weeks it was up to about 8 and finally at the end I have no problem with the full 12 reps which is amazing and believe it or not I actually ENJOY pushups! (Yes Chalene Johnson, you were right, get strong at doing them and you will love them!!!) Although, still have to admit that the tricep pushups are still getting the best of me, but I will conquer them by the end of 90 days I can promise you that!

So here are the results :)

Woohoo :) So that's a total loss of 3 lbs, 1.75" That's pretty good for the Burn Circuit! I am feeling amazing and can totally feel and SEE the difference in my muscles. I know now that I will get lean and toned and not bulk up. Here are the pictures as of now!









WOW! Check out those arms - lean and getting definition!! The first thing my husband commented on was my back & shoulders - must be all those lateral raises!!! I am so unbelievably ready to move forward and get to the Push Phase. I am going to stick to doing the same schedule as I was doing which right but start to incorporate more HIIT workouts prior to doing my strength training so now is sort of like this:
Mon - HIIT 20 then Push 1
Tues - Turbo Kick
Wed - HIIT 15 then Push 2
Thursday - Turbo Fire Class (random choice on which one exactly)
Friday - Push 3
Saturday - HIIT workout & Core 20 (which i LOVE now!)

I can't be a Coach - I'm not Fit

A common misconception about becoming a Beachbody Coach – “I can’t possibly become a coach because I’m not fit yet and I’m just starting out.” So untrue! To tell you the truth – there is a HUGE advantage to just starting out your fitness journey and becoming a coach. Often times people that want and need to lose weight and become fit are ashamed of the way that they look and feel and won’t feel comfortable taking advice from someone that is in perfect shape. People want to see a gradual progress, they want to have someone to stay accountable with, they don’t want to have a person that they are trying to become because that can be upsetting if they aren’t EXACTLY the way they’re “mentor” looks. If you put yourself out there at the very beginning as a coach and say ya know what, I want to do this WITH you, I want to build a team that wants to be WITH me and wants to set and achieve goals together, you are going to build so fast! Then you are able to bring people with you and all be on the same page, logging in your workouts together, looking towards each other for more help and support, and you are achieving your goals TOGETHER. People want to have someone to go to that they can lean on and say – hey guess what I had a bad day today and I just thought maybe you could relate. And unless you are in the best shape of your life and you are that uber fit coach – you will be able to relate with that person and you will be able to connect with them on a level that others may not. They will be looking to you because they look LIKE YOU!! You will be setting an example for others that everyone starts at the same place, no one was born in perfect shape, and you can do it together!

My kids!!

I always listened to people tell me that I will never have 2 kids that are even remotely alike and I never really fully believed how true that statement would prove to be.

My son Hunter who is now 2 weeks away from 4 years old has always been a very laid back low maintenance kid. As an infant he was sleeping thru the night by 8 weeks old never cried unless something was horribly wrong with him; an all around cliche "easy baby." by 10 months old he decided that crawling wasn't for him (which he had only been doing for 2 weeks) and it became time to walk. Walking grew to running within weeks it was unreal. As he was getting better on his feet I started to worry more and more about things that he would climb and keeping things from enticing him to do so. However that time never came. He went from 12 mo to 18 mo and then to 2 years old without ever Having climbed so much as a dining table chair. He is now almost 4 and is a little more outgoing in things he does but still pretty low-key kid.

Macy is my almost 16 mo old sweet little girl. Now when she was born her birth was so much simpler than his and she was the same quiet happy easy and good sleeping baby. I remember at one time when she was about 3 weeks old looking at my husband and saying see we didn't get jinxed with a struggle of an infant after having such a good baby the first time! They stories weren't nearly true! By 6 months she was showing tendencies that I may have an early walker again. Sure enough 5 days before she was 10 months she was walking and running shortly thereafter. Again I was like wow these two kids are almost exactly the same I'm in good shape. Then one day she learned to climb the couch and it wasn't just to sit down and relax it was too get whatever it was that I hid from her where she couldn't reach. It wasn't long that I found her climbing baby gates and laughing hysterically when she was caught. And now I turn my back for 2 min and look back and she can be dancing on my dining table or hanging upside down from the back of the couch ready to fall any minute all while laughing hysterically. Interstingly enough I can't even say she learns this from her very active older brother bcuz he just stares at her in awe.

So future parents or parents of 1 and plannin to have more do not be fooled by the cool calm and collectiveness of your tiny infant that will cause no trouble as the sibling did because u are bound to jinx yourself by ever thinking of it

Week 2

So I am now on Week 2 of my 90 day plan! I am feeling great. This week I started on Monday with Burn Circuit 1 & 30 minutes of Hip Hop Hustle. I get such a GREAT workout from Hustle it blows my mind how fun it really is. I cannot wait to get certified and start teaching classes! Last night was a rest night, but I still threw in a 40 min. Turbo Fire Stretch and it felt fantastic. Tonight is Burn Circuit 2 – and I’m thinking since I will not be home tomorrow night to do my Ab Burner and HIIT 20 tonight as well.

I have managed to stay away from the scale for a week and not stepping on it is killing me. I think every 2 weeks to check the scale and every 30 days for measurements and photos. I hope that I see a jump in results after this 30 days!

Mint-Chocolate Shakeology!

I tried out a delicious new Shakeology recipe this morning that I wanted to share with everyone!

¼ - ½ tsp of Mint Extract, 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, blended with Ice & Water!!

DELICIOUS. I will admit that the original recipe said for 1 tsp of mint extract – however I did 1 tsp and the mint is overbearing. So I suggest cutting it down to ¼ - ½ a tsp depending on how much mint you like. I’m in mint/chocolate heaven!

ChaLEAN Extreme / Turbo Fire 90 days!

Hey everyone!!! It's been awhile since I've been able to sit back and do some blogging. I've been in between different programs, and working on some different things, but now I AM COMMITTING. In April when I bought ChaLEAN Extreme I got through the entire Burn Circuit and immediately bought Turbo Fire, to which I started slacking on my 90 day CLX. Then my best friend got married and had a lot going on with that. I sort of stuck with whatever I felt like doing that day. So now, I am committing myself to ME, MY FAMILY, MY TEAM & MY FOLLOWERS! I have found I am such a happier person with my day to day life being on track with my programs and my fitness. SO here I am Day 1 (k, i was a little late on the day 1, this is actually Day 3 *SMILE*)

I finished with my arms and legs shaking like crazy. My son felt that he had to "wipe me off, because mom you're sweaty & slimy!!!!" I love every minute of it!

Turbo Fire AFTER BURN

I have now started my official schedule of Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid. Last week was a full week of the Burn Circuit of CLX, and this week is the transition into Turbo Fire. Well, I also got a Bodybugg this week. (For those of you that don't know what that is go here and read about it it's truly amazing http://www.24hourfitness.com/training/bodybugg/ ) So last night I got my Bodybugg all hooked up and loaded in my calories burned. I had the information and calories in the memory of the bodybugg from 2 Turbo Fire workouts (Monday – Fire 45 Class & Stretch 10, Tuesday – HIIT 15 Class & Stretch 10) I logged in strictly just that information, not even all day calories (which I’m not wearing it today either, though I should, I don’t think it really goes with my work outfit LOL) or my food log. I burned 1,559 calories JUST in those 2 workouts. Didn’t wear it during the 30 min. walk with my kids both nights, didn’t wear it any other time, JUST for those 2 workouts, and it was 1,559 calories. Sounds crazy right? A total of 80 min. of working out and that many calories! Well, it’s not! IT’S TRUE! My husband even commented to me after doing the Fire 45 class, (and I quote) “WOW I have watched you do Turbo before, but never seen it like that!!!” (PS I WILL get him to do it very soon!) THEN I put the Bodybugg BACK on my arm and did nothing. Sat on my couch with my laptop and literally did some biz on my computer. A half hour later (right before I went to sleep) I took the Bodybugg off (remember, NEVER moved my butt from the couch) and logged it back in and I had burned an ADDITIONAL 78 calories, just sitting on my couch DOING NOTHING! This really is NO joke. I burned calories sitting on my butt!!!

So of course after I posted that on facebook and twitter, I had a ton of people start asking me, “okay, seriously how did you burn 78 calories in 30 min. doing nothing?? That doesn’t make any sense.” Well, therein lies the reason for today’s blog!!! Today’s subject: THE TURBO FIRE HIIT AFTER BURN.

What IS the After Burn:
Turbo Fire classes include Fire Drills, aka High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These drills push you to your MAXIMUM fitness level for 1 minute bursts with quick recovery periods. According to studies, HIIT ignites your metabolism enabling your body to burn more calories for up to 48 hours AFTER your workout! With Turbo Fire, the workouts are shorter, & more intense. You will work out half the time that you would with a normal cardio, and you will burn 9x more fat!



I am so glad that I got my Bodybugg so that I can answer and support EVERYONE’S questions about the after burn effect and HIIT. Chalene Johnson has truly NAILED this one!

My Turbo Jam Journey

Over the last couple of weeks I have heard a ton of people say - Wow, look at you right back down to your small size again and your baby is only 1!!! HOW did you do it? In all honesty, I owe my success to my Beachbody Coach - Mindy Wender who is an amazing motivator and totally inspires me to reach higher and do more, and Chalene Johnson, the fitness Goddess of Turbo Jam, Turbo Kick, ChaLEAN Extreme, Hip Hop Hustle, Piyo, and the new and butt kicking Turbo Fire. Chalene is unbelievably motivating. I've only really had to give her a "grrrr" during a workout since starting Turbo Fire ((YES IT'S THAT INTENSE!!!)). She is so uplifting and full of energy that it only spreads through my TV to me while working out WITH her. I started Turbo Jam on July 26, 2009 and I was 140 pounds (6 weeks after having my baby girl). I needed to get back in shape. I had weight left over from pregnancy with my son 3 years prior to that. I knew that I had a small frame and I knew that any excess weight was all fat and that it needed to go away. I knew that I had every ability to be fit and in shape again. This is me the first week of Turbo Fire.





I started working out with Turbo Jam and i was LOVING it. I got to the point where I was telling everyone that I knew that they HAD to try Turbo Jam and how it was changing my life!!! Yes, literally changing my life. I was losing weight consistently I was feeling fit and in shape and most of all, I was energized and LOVED what I was doing! After Christmas I sat and realized I had hit a sort of plateau and couldn't really figure out why. But then it was clear as day, I was still eating whatever I wanted. I kept forgetting that I wasn't 16 anymore and wasn't able to go eat a double cheeseburger, fries, and a coke and continue on everyday like it was nothing. I got serious about watching what I was eating, cut out soda and left it at a "treat" like once a week and started drinking a TON of water. There my weight started falling off again at a pretty regular pace. I had given myself a goal weight of 115 lbs and on May 5, 2010 I had officially hit my goal and I was ecstatic!!! I decided that I needed to start making my health my number one concern, if not only for me, but for my family as well! I am a much happier person and I feel a better mom because Turbo is my mood regulator. When i'm feeling stressed or overworked, I push play and let it all come out with Chalene. This is me the first week of May.





I feel amazing.. I am now at 108 pounds and my body fat is at 23.8% - my stats are: Aug 09 / June 10
Lbs - 140/108
Waist - 38"/32"
Chest - 36"/33"
Hips - 35"/32"

I am currently doing the Hybrid Schedule of ChaLEAN Extreme (because "MUSCLE BURNS FAT") and Turbo Fire to tone EVERYTHING. I want to be tone and lean and I will stick with Turbo to do that!!! My nutrition is supplemented and assisted with my newest addiction - Shakeology (seriously so delicious). I am also now a Beachbody Coach myself and am loving EVERY minute of it! Becoming a coach has helped me in so many ways STICK with my goals and push myself that much harder. It keeps me accountable for my own health and fitness and I cannot wait until someone shares a story like mine with me and I know that I was able to help them reach their goals and feel fabulous!

Fire 30 - 1st try

OKay, so I just literally finished Fire 30 class of Turbo Fire. When I say JUST, I mean I was so quick to want to share my feeling and adrenaline with you, that I'm still dripping in sweat while I type. If anyone tells you, "it's not tough, I didn't sweat at all..." I'm giving you full permission to knock em out! Because they are lieing. I have never sweat like this, and I do a bunch of different workouts. There will never be a moment in Turbo Fire where you can say "this is too easy" because it's just not true. Granted, I had to stop a few times because I do still have bronchitis, and it was hard for me to breathe (maybe should've given it a few more days) but full out WOW.. NO denying that this is a WORKOUT! Cannot wait to see what the HIIT workouts are like!!!

Strech 40 Class

K, so today i'm STILL SICK.. i watched Fire 30 LOL and HIIT 25.. Then I did the Stretch 40 Class tonight which was AWESOME. I've never felt so great after a stretch/yoga class. Love it :)

That's all i've really got today. This sickness is killing me and I'm seeing the dr. tmrw at 2:45 so hopefully i'll get some medication and start feeling better.

Turbo Fire !!!!

Well, Turbo Fire FINALLY came in today :) I have decided that I will blog (as well as other blogs in between i'm sure) about my LOVE & excitement for Turbo Fire. I will be doing the ChaLEAN Extreme / Turbo Fire hybrid, so my schedule may not be the same as yours... I've decided I will finish out the rest of this week of the Burn Circuit of CLX, which would bring me to week 1 of Push Phase of CLX. On Monday I will begin doing 2 weeks of Turbo Fire so that I get used to that, then begin the Turbo Fire Hybrid schedule starting at week 4. That way I'm not going through the recovery weeks for the transition.

So tonight I did Burn Circuit 3, and then did about 15 minutes of the "new in class" for the FIRE 30 Class. I will definitely have to be doing the New In Class for awhile because I'll have to give myself the time to ge tused to the classes.

waiting is so hard

Well since I was a psycho and ordered Turbo Fire without really paying attention to what I was doing, I didn't choose 2 day shipping and I'm utterly jealous of all the Twitter posts!!!! I could be going home tonight to DO Turbo Fire! Instead I wont be starting right away. I'll have to wait and read all of the "omg this is such an amazing workout" posts along with "aaaaaah just did my first Turbo Fire workout.." and i'll be sitting there going. OMG i'm so jealous..

For a side note i was doing Burn Circuit 2 yesterday (ChaLEAN Extreme for those that dont know what burn circuit 2 is) and today is day 18. Up until yesterday I had been doing them with the resistance bands alone. Yesterday while doing lunges i think I realized this isn't even weight for me. (which is awesome) so then I went to my mom's and my 14 yr old brother gave me his Reebok weights.. they are in my car and I cannot wait to use them tonight. I'm kinda sad that I'm on burn intervals tonight because i'd love to do nothing but weights, but i'll have to alternate.. So pumped to be doing MORE WEIGHT!!!!!!

cannot believe it!

Those sneaky sneaky peeps up in Beachbody - so here i am just minding my own business, getting on to Facebook so I can send some Shakeology info off to a friend. When the very first status update happens to be Carl Daikler spewing something about "Turbo Fire available now on your coach's store.." that was really all that I saw, there may have been more. So i read it probably 5 times, and finally grabbed my phone and hit my team group text with - 2 min. ago Carl Daikler posted that Turbo Fire is available go go go !!! and all of a sudden EVERYTHING blew up.. my facebook, twitter, everything... literally blew up! So as I just hit the rest day of week 2 of my ChaLEAN Extreme, here I go without even thinking and order Turbo Fire so fast I can't even think about it! (apparently that's the best way to spend money) and I've literally been a ball of fire ever since!

Sneaky sneaky - 2 days before the actual release and they bust out the early release!!! I LOVE being a Beachbody Coach, you just never know what you're gonna get... Now i have to sit and wait for it to come .... Seriously next week my UPS is gonna be like what is this chick on - Monday comes my Shakeology (with my free cup!!!!), then I guess Tues. or probably not until Wednesday will be Turbo Fire, oh and I ordered the Turbo Jam Live while i was down with ordering tonight so that my winner of my Turbo Jam Challenge will have their gift right away!!! I LOVE THIS!

My motivation!

I am coming up on the end of my first 5 weeks as a Team Beachbody coach and I have to say I am loving it. When I began I felt like I just wanted my discounts and maybe make a sale here and there. This has helped me SO much to push to the max. Yesterday I was dreading Burn intervals on ChaLEAN Extreme ALL day, yes I was excited to work out, but not too excited for that particular workout. I knew that I couldn’t just skip it, I knew I had to move forward and push on and I did and it was rough yes, but at the end I felt fantastic. That is always my key motivator and anyone that is a fan, customer, or just wants to learn more about Beachbody YOU are my motivation!!!!!

I am so excited to say that my mother-in-law is 64 and is LOVING Shakeology. She loves everything EVERYTHIGN about it. I’m giving her recipes she’s talking about all of the different things she wants to try with it and she feels awesome and is just plain LOVING it! TO top it off, she is 64 and is asking me to give her info on some programs that are geared toward her age. She wants to work out, she wants to get in shape and most of all STAY HEALTHY! It totally makes me feel great to know that I’m helping someone else and I just introduced her to something that she would’ve probably never known about!!!!!! Hm.. wonder if she could keep up with Turbo Fire/! *wink

Horrible day ugh

So after having 2 kids, married, living a pretty quiet life, I spend (and have spent) much less time in bars than most of my friends my age. Today was a reminder that I just shouldn't even try. I spent the ENTIRE day sick, which of course is a fabulous fabulous thing when you have a 3 & 1 year old... Ack.

On a much better note my Shakeology did help settle the stomach so that is yet another FANTASTIC addition to all the reasons why Shakeology is amazing!!!

Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse

So, if you know me yet or knew me prior to beginning my blog I guess I should say, you will know that I'm addicted to my Shakeology.. So after kinda hitting a little Plateau and feeling a bit down and out, I decided to fix myself up with a modified cleanse, I'm only doing 1 day, just because I kind of just want the wash out and it's hard when you have 2 very young children to stick yourself to that cleanse so much. So today I am doing my 1-day Shakeology cleanse. What is the cleanse you ask, well I would LOVE to tell you..

Shakeology 3-day cleanse

you can do LESS than 3 days (as I am) but NEVER more than 3 days, totally unhealthy for you! your day is going to go like this:

1. Green Tea
2. Breakfast -Shakeology
8-10 oz. of water
1 scoop shakeology
Ice
*can add fruit if you need to, but try to keep it just Shakeology
3. Snack 85 calories or less – fruit is usually the best option
4. Lunch - Shakeology
Same as above
5. Snack – 3rd Shakeology
Same as above
6. Dinner
Salad – grilled chicken or white fish
Approx 340 calories or less

As always A TON OF WATER!! ALL DAY LONG - WATER WATER WATER :)

Now, your last snack, you can definitely do either between lunch and dinner or after dinner before bed. For me, I like it between lunch & dinner only because I personally do not eat anything after dinner.

A few common questions that you may have...

Is the Shakeology cleanse only effective if you do it the full 3 days?
No! Still effective no matter if you do 1 day or 3, but REMEMBER do NOT do more than 3 days.

Is exercise okay?
Only if you’re feeling up to, do not get real rigorous with it, try to include it during a rest day. You are going to be a bit weaker, that is just natural so do not push it to an extreme workout.

How many calories per day?
800-1100

what is the ideal length of time to do this? - once every 3 -4 months

**Waving** Hello all!

So, to anyone that may possibly be reading this, I have to openly admit that in the last week my social technological life has really expanded. I was always kind of "there" but never really "IN" there. Facebook yes, I spent countless hours with meaningless stalking of Facebook pages, however I have recently found a new appreciation for Facebook, Twitter, and blogging apparently! So be aware that these first few blogs that I'm sharing with the world are going to consist of a ton of rambling I'm sure of that.

Who am I? I am in latent terms - a granddaughter, daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and the list goes on and on. My name is Brittnae, I am soon to be 25 years old and live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (yes it's really part of the US, and yes we do have electricity) with my family, husband and children. I was born and raised here and unless I can drug and drag my husband out of this place, I'm probably stuck here. My husband by the way is my high school sweetheart more or less - Edward (usually Ed). And our children, the magnificent Hunter and the beautiful Macy are 2 years apart.

Now, back to why I'm here... I spent a ton of time surfing and boring myself actually with the internet after about 5 minutes. I mean really, something like the web, and after I've checked my email and deleted spam and checked 3 notifcations on facebook, which I had actually already read 10 minutes prior on my cell phone, I was done. And I sat back and would be very bored and thoughtless of a new google search. I am now coming to you because in starting my own home based business I felt there is a huge part of opening up and sharing information and stories and the 'excitement" of my life with you all! So bear with me, it could be a smooth and boring ride or it could be very bumpy and treacherous.

I have recently become an Independent Beachbody Coach and it has filled this huge void inside of me called laziness. Apparently once I become a product of the brand name, actually have to take my own advice if you will. I have lost over 35 pounds in 9 months. I insantly became obsessed with the idea of Turbo Jam and have acquired a pretty decent girl crush on Chalene Johnson, so hey why not promote it right?!

So that's me, and from here on out, you will maybe hear nothing but my fitness and product information, or you could come in some day and find out that I have posted the wonderful story of trying to chase down a Lightning McQueen Powerwheels across my front yard driven by a 1 year old that is laughing hysterically and has no idea how to stop (but in greater detail of course).
